Duttcon Consultant & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (DCEPL) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified & MSME (Govt. of India) registered company. We are also an ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 (NABL) accredited company.
DCEPL conceived as an Engineering Consultancy and EPC organization in 2017, has grown and diversified over the years into number of activities ranging from engineering consultancy, design and engineering, engineering drawing preparation, fabrication, implementation of projects in various industries like mining, power plants, pipelines, oil, cement and chemicals.
We have expertise in condition monitoring of plants and equipment, bridges and fly overs. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) by ASNT certified and industry experts for concrete and steel structures, comprehensive health assessment and root cause analysis of failures of piping and equipment, suggesting remedial measures and rectification for safety, reliability and durability.
We are well equipped with knowledge bank & expertise with professionals & exerts from allied industries and professors & research fellow from Jadavpur University, IIEST, NITs & IITs. We have also Chartered Engineers having professional competencies for various activities. We are functioning through different wings.

Recognition of DCEPL by Factory Inspectorate
DCEPL is recognised as competent person authorised by Factory Inspectorate to fulfil the statutory requirement of industries in structural stability testing of plants, building and equipment, testing and certification of lifting tools and tackles, EOT cranes and pressure vessels. The company is presently authorized by Chief Inspector of Factories and Boilers in different states like West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, UP, Bihar and Rajasthan.
Recognition of DCEPL by PESO (Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organisation):
• DCEPL is now awarded as a competent organisation by PESO (Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organisation) under SMPV (U) Rules – 2016 and authorised for statutory certification under PESO.
